I love and am fascinated with perfumes. Smell is the sense most closely linked to memory, and I have a love for nostalgia and things that transport me to a distinct place in time or a loved one in my life.
I have only had this obsession with perfume since last year and have very many perfume samples, and got to smell so many unique amazing scents. It takes a lot from me to ever actually buy a bigger bottle of perfume. I would love to say it is because I am a posed person who exercises restraint – but it more so has to do with the fact that liking perfume is a painfully expensive hobby.
Anyway…
My current favorite thing to smell like right now is vanilla yogurt. I truly love milky and lactonic scents so that was a perfume that I immediately drawn to find something that truly encapsulates that feeling. I have a hair milk that I really love the smell of, it truly smells like a butter cookie dipped in milk and served to you on the perfect summer’s day. It is called Super Milk and by Lush and it is really a cult favorite because how many people passionately love the smell.
The thing is it is for your hair and not a perfume, so I have been on the hunt for something that smells the exactly like it. Finally I found a perfume gives me that same feeling and is made by the same company and it is called Chelsea Morning.

The notes on this fragrance is: Toffee, lemon, vanilla, tonka bean, fenugreek, and myrtle. The top note of this perfume is very lemony and then dries down into this butterscotch / toffee desert.
I love it 10/10 and if you are ever in Lush smell super milk and Chelsea Morning! and know that’s what I smell like.
The song that inspired it all:
